There is no requirement to bring work, although that would be looked on favourably. Formal qualifications are preferred but are far less important than relevant experience in the right market. Salary and Benefits:Our client is happy to pay whatever it takes to get the right individual, but the basic is likely to exceed £80-90,000 plus bonus and the usual benefits.
