CNC Operative We''re looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a precision engineering team. You''ll be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to engineering drawings and production targets. Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines Change tooling, fixtures and load materials Carry out first-off and in-process inspections Use measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers Complete production records and job documentation Report quality issues and support continuous improvement Follow all health and safety and quality procedures Essential Requirements Ability to read engineering drawings Minimum 2 years'' machining experience CNC operating and basic setup experience Competent using measuring tools Strong attention to detail and time management skills Desirable CNC or conversational programming experience Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds Understanding of ISO quality standards ..... full job details .....
