Our client, an established passenger transport company, is currently recruiting an Engineering Manager to join their engineering team. The Engineering Manager will have full responsibility for the Engineering function, ensuring outstanding standards of safety, compliance, reliability, and cost control. Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager: Own and control engineering budgets, delivering cost-effective performanceLead and develop the Engineering team, driving engagement, training, and complianceEnsure full compliance with DVSA, Health and Safety, and operational legislationOversee the effective use of diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and engineering systemsProvide accurate cost analysis and insights to support operational planning Skills Required for the Engineering Manager: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a PCV environmentExperience managing a large fleet or multi-site engineering operationRecognised engineering qualification (e.g. Level 3 HGV City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)NEBOSH qualifiedGood knowledge of DVSA standards, HandS legislation, and engineering processesStrong communication skills Please apply as directed!
