Electrical Assembler
Paying: Up to £13.97
Hours of work: 08:00-16:45 Mon to Thurs & 08:00 - 12:00 Friday
Overtime available at an enhanced rate

The role is based in Wellingborough and is commutable from Northampton, Rushden and surrounding areas.

The Role: Wiring Loom Assembler / Electrical assembler 

• Assemble wiring looms and cable harnesses to technical drawings and specifications
• Cut, strip, crimp, solder and terminate cables to a high standard
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Conduct continuity testing and basic electrical testing to ensure functionality
• Identify and report any faults or non-conformances
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards

• Experience in wiring loom or cable harness assembly
• Good understanding of electrical principles and components
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Strong communication skills
