This specific role is based within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sutton. It is a full-time, term-time position offered on a long-term contract through to June/July 2026, with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be working primarily within KS2 in a 1:1 capacity, providing dedicated support to a young learner with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to help them engage effectively with their education. Responsibilities Work 1:1 with a Key Stage 2 pupil who requires additional emotional and behavioural support.Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to encourage positive engagement in the classroom.Act as a positive role model, building trusting relationships with the student to help them overcome barriers to learning.Collaborate with the Class Teacher and SENDCo to monitor progress and adjust support plans where necessary.De-escalate challenging situations c
