Your expertise will ensure changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal risk or disruption, while meeting internal controls and regulatory standards.You will join the IT Service Delivery team, responsible for managing tools and processes that enable delivery and support of IT services. The team drives continuous improvement in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a strong focus on operational resilience and DORA compliance.What You''ll Be DoingChange Governance and ExecutionLead the end-to-end IT change management process, covering standard, emergency, and major changes.Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and scheduled in line with business priorities.Collabora
