Electrician Requirements Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works across social housing properties. Undertake works involving ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar installations. Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections where required. Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality at all times. Follow site procedures and work professionally within occupied properties. Experience and Qualifications ECS Gold Card qualified electrician. Ideally MCS accredited. Previous experience working on social housing projects. Experience with ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar PV installations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an interest in long-term ongoing work.
