Key Responsibilities:The Family Support Workers will deliver targeted early help to families with children under 12, holding a caseload of approximately 12 families. The role involves weekly visits to family homes and other settings, completing early help assessments and developing SMART plans, coordinating multi-agency Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings.
