We''re now looking for an additional Senior Legal Counsel in the Starling Group''s growing Corporate Legal team, reporting directly into the Group Head of Corporate Legal. Amongst other matters, this team covers legal support required in relation to employee share/incentive schemes. We are looking for someone with strong existing experience in this area in particular, but who is also happy to work on the wide range of other areas the team supports as well (experience in these being helpful but not essential). These areas include corporate structuring, corporate finance, MandA, other strategic projects and shareholder matters, prudential regulation and intra-group arrangements.
