OVERVIEW This is a newly created, senior leadership role, established to give people strategy the dedicated focus it has outgrown sharing across the General Manager''s day-to-day responsibilities. You''ll own the strategic direction of my client''s people agenda, working closely with the Group Leadership Team, while the HR Manager and HR Officer continue to run the operational and compliance side of HR day to day. As the business grows, the people function of the business aims to move from a transactional, process-driven model to one that actively shapes culture, retention, leadership capability and reputation as an employer of choice.
