You will:Respond promptly to safeguarding concernsProvide direct support to students, including those with complex needsWork closely with staff, parents/carers, and multi-agency partnersLead or contribute to Early Help, Child in Need, Child Protection and LAC processesMaintain accurate and confidential recordsSupport with referrals and liaison with external bodiesPromote a culture of vigilance, care, and student voiceEnsure safeguarding policies and procedures are effectively under
