This role will suit someone who combines strong functional HCM expertise (especially Absence) with the ability to lead and mentor a small team, while remaining close to configuration, support, and continuous improvement activity.This role requires someone who is:Hands-on with Oracle HCM configurationComfortable supporting and improving a live systemAble to lead from the front while mentoring others You will play a key role in running and improving the Oracle Fusion HCM platform in BAU, with a particular focus on: Absence Management (critical) Core HR and HCM modules Day-to-day system administration and support Leading a small team of analysts/admins This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the system while providing direction and oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM (especially Absence) Act as the go-to SME for HCM modules, supporting ongoing improvements and issue resolution Support and guide a small systems admin team, providing mentoring and day-to-day direction Own incidents, service requests, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements
