We''re looking for an experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our People and Culture team and lead our internal communications agenda across Hft on a 12 month FTC. This role is to commence the week commencing 7 December About the role This is a strategic and hands-on role where you''ll play a key part in keeping our colleagues informed, engaged and connected to our purpose, values and priorities. Working closely with our CEO, Chief People Officer, Executive Team and senior leaders, you''ll shape and deliver high-impact communications that reach colleagues across the organisation - from corporate teams to our frontline workforce. You''ll take ownership of our internal communications channels and content, including our Hub, internal social media, e-newsletters, campaigns and colleague events. You''ll also play a central role in our Big Conversation, creating opportunities for colleagues to have their voices heard and helping leaders communicate clearly, consistently and authentically.
