Do you have experience in handling a range of private client matters?My client in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their private client department. You will handle an existing caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, estate administration, tax and trusts. You will also be expected to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients and third party referrers. You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team. You will have access to a case management system and legal databases. To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years PQE as a Private Client SolicitorExperience of running a full caseload with minimum supervisionExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to provide high quality advice to clients from all sectors across a broad range of issuesGood IT skills, including the ability to utilise a case management systemGood working knowledge of legal databasesAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to form good relationships with clients and colleaguesWell organised, punctual, confident and self-motivated My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
