Data Analyst Business Intelligence and Insights We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the Business Intelligence function by ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and trusted, enabling the delivery of meaningful insights and high-quality reporting. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence: Collect, validate, and maintain high-quality data to ensure colleagues and decision-makers have access to accurate and reliable information. Reporting and Analysis: Develop engaging dashboards and reports, communicate findings clearly, and provide evidence-based recommendations that support excellent service delivery, effective asset management, and informed decision-making. Benchmarking: Compare organisational performance against sector peers to identify best practices, highlight opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Insight and Interpretation: Use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Working closely with IT and operational teams, you will provide ongoing assurance to managers and senior leaders regarding data quality, governance, and opportunities for improvement.
