Brief OutlineOur client, an industry leading company in the Fire Protection market, is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Contracts Manager to help grow their Passive Fire Protection division, running projects from inception to completion throughout the London and South East area.About our ClientOur client is a well-established Fire Protection contractor operating for over 20 years. They have undertaken various projects within the Local Authority Housing, Education, Healthcare sectors, amongst other areas.About the RoleKey responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to:Implementation of systems to ensure successful take off and completion of Passive Fire Protection projectsMaintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders alikeEnsure that work is carried out in accordance with Fire Protection regulations and guidelinesCapability of undertaking full scope of any given project, with involvement of estimating, business development, Health and Safety, cost control, overseeing projects from inception to completionEnsuring projects are completed on time and within budgetAbout the CandidateThe ideal candidate will:Have a proven track record within a senior management role for the Passive Fire Protection industryBe commercially awarePossess knowledge of Fire Door installation techniques and regulations (advantageous but not required)Have knowledge of local authority repairs and maintenance works (advantageous but not required)See
