We work in partnership with scientific organizations, universities, governments, and think tanks to develop and implement rigorous and holistic project assessment methodologies, leveraging the latest technology. We also partner with actors and institutions across the whole market to make data higher quality, more standard and more accessible. Founded in 2020, Sylvera has 130+ employees globally with offices in London, New York, and Singapore. We’ve raised over $96 million from leading investors like Fidelity, Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, and Insight Partners to date.What will I be doing?
Having proven product market fit, we are now looking for a mission-driven, top performing, strategic enterprise seller to join our commercial function. This key position on our EMEA team will help us scale our presence in Europe, driving further market penetration and presence in the region. You will increase Sylvera''s revenue by helping our customers solve fundamental challenges.Specific responsibilities
Be Sylvera’s go-to person for several European markets: Build and own the territory across large existing and prospective enterprise customersBecome a technical expert and point of reference for our customers and prospects in the marketGenerate net-new commercial sales opportunities and close new businessDevelop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle from lead to closeEstablish and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders within our prospects to drive opportunities to closeOwnership of revenue generation strategy in assigned accounts, including development and execution of strategic account plansProvide quality feedback from prospects to our product teamWe’re looking for someone who:
Has 8+ years of experience, including in enterprise selling as a top performerHas previously sold to several European markets and brings an existing networkCan travel for client visits and attend relevant events on a regular basisSelf-starter mentality, ideally with early-stage experienceHighly curious on helping solve customer problemsHas a structured, yet creative approach to selling and pipeline generationCan generate and qualify opportunities from scratch by themselvesAble to build strong champions and navigate complex org structuresIs comfortable with ambiguity and confident in exercising good judgementHas a hunger to learn, be coached and become a world-class salespersonCares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earthWhat if you’re a partial fit?
