RWinvest is the leading property investment company in the region and one of the largest in the UK.RWinvest is a positive, fast paced place to work, with incentives for the various areas of the business (depending on performance KPI’s being achieved) which you will reap the benefits of.We are looking for an exceptional customer focused professional to join our post-sales team at our Head Office in Liverpool city centre. This role is office based and will involve being the main point of contact for our clients who have successfully exchanged on their contracts and supporting resales-based queries that come through.We are looking for someone with a strong character who is results driven with a high level of Customer Service experience to join us and whilst set duties will be implemented, this is an autonomous role where your day-to-day activities will vary and include liaising with property buyers, property developers and solicitors, working on a CRM system, to name a few.Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role, but you must be someone who embraces new challenges and responsibilities as the business is growing at a significant rate. We require a can-do, hands-on attitude that not only identifies gaps but more importantly, ways to fill them. The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth journey for our investors.Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for being the POC for your clientsHandling general client queries via email, phone and face to faceLiaising with clients on site visits (showing them their units and the general area)Gaining and managing Trust Pilot/Google reviewsWorking to set targets, where implementedMaking difficult decisions on what requests to support and how to handle next stepsUpdating and maintaining records on a CRM systemEnsuring all files are kept up to date in a meticulous and organised fashionShowcasing RWinvest (and our sales partners) in a positive and professional manner through reputation and relationship building.Qualifications

The successful candidate will have high levels of exceptional customer service experienceAdvanced IT skills, including a web-based CRM system, Excel and OutlookExcellent telephone manner and people skillsAbility to work as part of a team but be accountable for their own duties.Full driving licenseSalary: The basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 based on experiencewith an OTE in total of £45,000
