Financial Reporting Senior Manager I''m working with a large, listed business looking to appoint a Financial Reporting Senior Manager into a high-profile Group Finance role. You''ll lead key areas of external and statutory reporting, manage the external audit relationship and take ownership of a broad range of technical accounting matters. The role also offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and responsibility for developing an established team. Key responsibilities: Lead preparation of Group and subsidiary financial statements, interim reporting and quarterly resultsManage the annual external audit processOwn key technical accounting areas including consolidation, leases, share-based payments, fixed assets, borrowings and revenue recognitionPartner with finance and operational teams on complex accounting mattersSupport the ongoing development of financial controls and reporting processesLead, coach and develop a high-calibre finance team What we''re looking for: ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifiedStrong technical financial reporting experience within a large or complex organisationExperience managing and developing a teamStrong IFRS and General Ledger knowledgeConfidence working with senior stakeholders and tight reporting deadlines Listed business experience, ERP/reporting transformation exposure and an interest in how AI can improve finance processes would all be advantageous.
