With a growing portfolio of secured projects throughout the AMP8 programme, they are looking to appoint an experienced Working Supervisor / Ganger to support the delivery of clean water infrastructure projects across the Swindon area. The Role As a Working Supervisor / Ganger, you will lead site operatives while remaining hands-on with day-to-day construction activities. You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining programme targets and client expectations.
