Payroll Advisor

SF are looking for a Payroll Advisor to work our well-established North Leicestershire based client on an interim basis for a long period. This role reports to a very supportive Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working and flexible working hours. The role would suit an experienced Payroll professional with strong technical skills and knowledge of payroll processes. Payroll Advisor £ - Negotiable (DOE) (Temp/Day Rate Available) Hybrid working Flexible working hours On-site parking - Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees including year-end processes. - Regularly audit and reconcile payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies. - Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis. - Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, including retention and updating of employee files. - Support the Payroll Manager with cross-functional business initiatives. - Ensure payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner. - Support on development projects across the department.
