What You ll Be Doing: Setting press tooling accurately to match detailed specifications Carrying out safety and compliance checks, including guarding verification and PM sheets Ensuring each press run starts with a first-off quality inspection Maintaining top-tier production quality throughout each cycle Supporting wider team operations: material handling, packing, and machine operation Loading presses and learning to use a universal grinding machine Recording press activity using internal digital systems What We re Looking For: Previous experience as a press setter, ideally with Bruderer, Invernizzi, or hydraulic presses Solid knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations for safe press operation Manual press setting experience is essential Understanding of press tool
