Interim People Advisor Kent 32,700 + Quarterly Bonus ( 150) 12 month FTCWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, people-focused organisation supporting a diverse workforce across care and support services.This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations experience, who enjoys a hands-on, field-based role and working closely with operational teams.About the RoleYou will join a collaborative local HR team supporting a workforce of approximately c800 staff. Working closely with managers across services, you will provide expert HR advice and manage a varied ER caseload.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a busy ER caseload of approximately 15-20 cases at any one time (including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and whistleblowing cases)Providing practical, commercial HR advice to managers across multiple sitesSupporting managers with absence management, performance concerns, and investigationsAdvising on best practice and ensuring consistency in applying policies and proceduresBuilding strong working relationships across the businessContributing to continuous improvement within the HR function and wider organisationWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in a generalist HR Advisor roleStrong ER experience with confidence managing complex casesA proactive and personable approach with excellent stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workloadTec
