Working closely with managers across services, you will provide expert HR advice and manage a varied ER caseload.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a busy ER caseload of approximately 15-20 cases at any one time (including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and whistleblowing cases)Providing practical, commercial HR advice to managers across multiple sitesSupporting managers with absence management, performance concerns, and investigationsAdvising on best practice and ensuring consistency in applying policies and proceduresBuilding strong working relationships across the businessContributing to continuous improvement within the HR function and wider organisationWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in a generalist HR Advisor roleStrong ER experience with confidence managing complex casesA proactive and personable approach with excellent stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workloadTec
