This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape scalable processes and drive operational excellence in a growing, innovation-driven business.Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of 9 professionals, driving accountability and engagement. Deliver and sustain On-Time Delivery targets of 95% for both customers and suppliers. Implement and oversee efficient purchasing, planning, and logistics processes. Develop scalable systems and continuous improvements to support business growth. Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment. Essential Skills and Experience: 10+ years experience in purchasing, planning, and logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership.
