You''ll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding area.Working as a great team player, you''ll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.You''ll carry out plumbing and carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, making sure that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. This will include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen and bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.They will provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet and mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best.
