Customer Development Executive Location: Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead (3 days office / 2 days home) Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Salary: Up to 30,000 DOE Contract: Permanent, Full-time We''re working with a growing, employee-owned EdTech business looking to hire a Customer Development Executive to join their close-knit customer team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, account management and sales activity. You''ll be the first point of contact for schools, supporting them to successfully embed and use an online careers guidance platform, while also identifying opportunities to grow and renew accounts. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and getting involved across different areas of the business. The Role Reporting into the senior customer leadership team, you will:Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customersManage an allocated customer base, supporting renewals and retentionProspect for new business opportunities and convert sales leadsDeliver online product demonstrations where relevantOnboard new customers and provide ongoing training, consultancy and technical supportRespond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical queriesMaintain accurate records using CRM and internal systemsProcess orders and support monthly invoicingSupport the creation of training and support materialsProvide feedback to support product development and improvementsWork collaboratively across the business and suppo
