A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Systems Specialist to join with immediate start. The role is to lead a HRIS implementation and upgrade of an existing HRIS, alongside configuration, and process alignment. The organisation is based in London with a hybrid working pattern and open to a 3-5 day working week.Client DetailsNot For Profit OrganisationLondon Based - hybrid workingDescriptionAn Interim HR Systems Specialist to:Lead a variety of upgrades to an existing HRIS that is an old versionLeading the end-to-end upgrades and new implementation to ensuring alignment to the organisational goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirement for the HRISConfigure and customise the HR systemDevelop a project plan and execute key timelinesProvide training and support to staff on system functionality and usage.Ensure data migration is accurate and completed efficiently.Identify and resolve any system-related issues during implementation.Communicate progress and updates to senior management and relevant teams.Support with data cleansing, configuration and improving existing data flowsDevelop HR Processes to align to the system, alongside creating process documentation, user guides and process mapsImprove HR processes and create automationSupport with HR systems training Identify systems gaps and suggest future system improvementsProfileAn Interim HR Systems Specialist should have:Previous HRIS implementation experience / experience up
