The Role
As a Field Service Technician - Coffee/Vending Industry, you will:

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair a wide range of coffee and vending equipment (including hot drinks, snack/cold machines, tabletop office systems, traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, and grinders)
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure reliability
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and accurately
• Record your service visits and updates using our digital service management system
• Manage van stock efficiently and liaise with the back-office team to prioritise service calls

We''re Looking For
You''ll need:

• Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Experience in a customer-facing technical or service role
• A full UK driving licence
• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
  Preferably, you''ll also have:
• City & Guilds (or similar) qualification in Electrical/Mechanical
• Field service experience within the coffee or vending sector
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
