Head of Finance (12-month FTC)Location: AylesburySalary: Circa £100,000On-site: 5 days per weekOur client, a highly respected and well-established manufacturing business, is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Finance to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at their site in Aylesbury.This is a key leadership role with responsibility for all group entities, including international subsidiaries and branch offices across Europe, the USA, and Australia. You will lead a team of five within the UK finance function and work closely with overseas offices to ensure robust financial control and insightful reporting.Key responsibilities: Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Management of statutory reporting and taxation across all jurisdictions Overseeing the external audit process Responsibility for international payrolls Annual budgeting and forecasting Treasury and cashflow management Ensuring robust financial controls and processes Supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the business About you: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Proven experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of international finance and overseas operations Confident leading teams and working across multiple entities Commercially astute with excellent communication skills This is a high-impact, visible role in a fast-paced and technically complex business.
