At Lifeways we provide specialist support and recovery services for people with enduring mental health needs, supporting them in the transition from institutional environments back into their own home within the community. We know that every situation is unique. And regardless of the diagnosis, we always focus on each person''s situation - tailoring our approach to meet their unique needs. This is a full time role; working 39.25 hours per week on a rota basis. Shifts include days, evenings, sleep ins and weekends.
