The successful candidate will demonstrate: Excellent communication skills and a positive can do attitude Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn and undertake training and development in other areas to support departmental growth Commitment to strict Health and Safety requirements Job Responsibilities Maintain plant and equipment, assist with installation and commissioning of new systems, and support upgrades of existing equipment Develop skills through training and experience, while supporting the development of colleagues Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Primary Activities Work safely at all times, following instructions, procedures, permits, lock-offs, and safety systems Assist in safety improvements wherever possible Carry out reactive maintenance (e.g., breakdowns) and proactive maintenance (e.g., planned preventative maintenance, spares build-up) Diagnose causes of equipment failure and identify root causes, communicating findings to relevant personnel Work efficiently
