Job Title: ERP Change ManagerLocation: London Sector: RetailRole Type: Contract / HybridLength: 6 monthsRate: 850 - 900 a day, outside IR35Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on ERP Change Manager to lead the organisational change effort as we transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FandO) to a new ERP ecosystem. This is a critical role in a high-impact transformation programme within a fast-paced retail environment.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in decommissioning D365 FandO and successfully managing the change journey to alternative ERP platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesChange LeadershipDevelop and execute a robust change management strategy for the ERP transition, with a focus on moving away from D365 FandO.Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning across all business functions.Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationAct as the change champion across the organisation, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional heads, and end-users to drive engagement and adoption.Training and EnablementOversee the development and delivery of training programmes tailored to new ERP systems and processes.Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building across impacted teams.Process and Transition Support
