This position would suit an experienced individual, who would work well as part of a fast paced, friendly team._ About the role _- Servicing and maintaining all makes and models of both car and light commercial vehicles- Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components, to diagnose issues accurately using diagnostic equipment- Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects- Delivering a seamless service to our customer base- Keeping a clean working environment, maintaining equipment and making sure tools are in good condition- Your working hours - Monday through Friday 08.30 - 17.30_ About you _- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds / NVQ level 3 and solid work experience in the automotive industry- The ability to work in a competent and efficient manner, both on your own and as part of a busy team- Strong communication skills- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a clean manner, showing respect for customers vehicles- A proactive and enthusiastic approach- The ability to accurately follow written and spoken instructions- The ability to carry out work to a high standard, as well as meeting deadline
