Senior Lettings Negotiator Role and Responsibilities: Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties Carry out property viewings and provide feedback to landlords Negotiate tenancy terms and offers between landlords and tenants Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in Generate new business and bring on new instructions Assist in maintaining and building relationships with landlords and applicants Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the lettings process
