Our client is a well-established family run business based in Horncastle and due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for a Wood Processor and Delivery Driver to join their team as soon as possible! Our client has several arms to their business, including the supply of landscape products which include logs and play bark, which is where this role will be situated. The purpose of the role is to operate forestry machinery in a safe and diligent manner, in order to create high quality log and landscaping products to deliver to customers, as well as supporting with the wider estate. When delivering products to customers you will be the face of the company, providing a bespoke delivery service and so a high level of customer service is also required.We are looking for someone who has forklift driving experience as well as experience operating chainsaws, if you have licences in these key skills this would be very desirable.It is essential that you hold a full clean driving licence and have your own transport (you will need to be aged 25 or older to drive the company van for insurance purposes).This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with working hours of 39 per week, working 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday with a 3:30pm finish on Friday''s.
