This well-established organisation based near Haslemere are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, and my client will look at full time or slightly reduced hours options. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in day-to-day management of the finance function in a busy environment and ideally someone who is AAT qualified, or working towards a professional accountancy qualification. Manage the Xero accounting system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs and maintaining accurate financial records, including month-end and year-end reconciliations. Produce regular financial reports for senior leadership, and conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
