My client are a BRC accredited supplier of frozen food products, supplying a range of food service providers, convenience retail and catering within the UK. Main responsibilities: Managing all product data, nutritional information and allergens to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulation and customer requirements. Validtaing product labels and signing off on all artwork ensuring alignment with specifications. Support audits with up to date documentation and product information. Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate data and compalince to customer requirements, approving new suppliers and support risk assessment process.
