Job ID: 3020141 | Amazon Pay (India) Private LimitedWe''re seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to lead Amazon Pay''s growth initiatives, with aprimary focus on driving traffic to Amazon Pay and increasing adoption across its various use-cases.This role will be crucial in optimizing navigation paths, developing marketing technology solutions, and enhancing the Amazon Pay homepage experience to boost customer engagement and usage.online purchases, bill payments, peer-to-peer transfers)• Create and manage marketing technology products including push notifications, WhatsApp channels,Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces for Amazon PayWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams toDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Amazon Pay traffic growth, use-case adoption,Working in partnerships with User experience, technology and category teams to build out customer facing experiences, product requirement documents, debating phases and creating a robust go-to-market plan• All the while, while reviewing NPS scores, voice of customers, come up with new ideas and build product strategy for upcoming months in partnerships with billers and regulator

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor''s degree- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Data oriented approach – a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers.
