Stock Condition Surveyor Job in Birmingham

Stock Condition Surveyor job with hybrid working, covering residential sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This role will involve delivering detailed condition surveys to support long-term housing improvement and retrofit programmes. Offering a salary of -40,000 - -45,000 + mileage + optional -4,500 car allowance.

• Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties
• Record building components, defects, and life-cycle data accurately
• Prepare clear and concise reports following site visits
• Manage your own diary and ensure efficient route planning
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact on site

• Previous experience working on residential stock condition surveys
• A construction-related qualification and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• -40,000 - -45,000 salary
