This opportunity will join a commercial team focused on high-quality and unique project design and delivery.Required Skills and ExperienceDegree or Equivalent in Quantity SurveyingMinimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience in a construction-based role.Previous experience of commercial new-build/ refurbishment projects (Hospitality sector such as Bars, restaurants etc. would be great to see!)Proficient in MS Excel and IT systemsHigh-level numeracy skillsFull driving licenseConfident capable team player with approachable demeanourGood attention to detail and effective time managementStrong decision making and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.This position requires the successful person to be in the Doncaster office 2days per week, with the other 3days per week hybrid working. Regular project site visits are expected so you must have a clean UK driving license.
