Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Surrey Job Type: Full-time Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (DofE) A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 4-5+ years PQE to join its growing property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor to handle high-quality work within a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Undertake commercial landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments. Work on development and site acquisition matters, property finance, secured lending transactions, and asset management work. Support local businesses, investors, and developers with a broad range of property-related matters. Maintain direct client contact, take ownership of matters, and actively participate in maintaining and developing client relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with at least 4-5 years'' PQE in Commercial Property. Experience managing a caseload independently from start to finish. Strong technical and drafting skills. Excellent client care and communication abilities. Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
