Our client is a small, community-focused organisation based in North London, who deliver a range of impactful services to the local community. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their small, tight-knit team supporting with marketing and events. This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours/3 days per week) and will be based on-site. As Marketing and Events Assistant, you will work collaboratively across the organisation, supporting with a wide variety of administrative duties, including assisting with the management of the internal communications calendar, and ensuring all in-house communications are up to date. You will support the Events Coordinator with designing marketing and communication material (including content creation) in order to promote a range of events, and will support with both the planning and delivery of these events. You will also ensure that the organisation''s website remains updated and aligned with campaigns and will respond to any emails and enquiries. To apply for this role, you will be an organised, proactive individual with experience of providing administrative support either within an events or social media team. You will have strong written and verbal communication and will have a good knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Canva.
