Job Summary We are seeking a cook to lead our nursery team and deliver healthy experiences for the children. Duties Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to safety regulations Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to maintain cost-effective operations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times Collaborate with management on menu development, special events, and promotional activities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in line with hygiene standards Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and culinary excellence within the kitchen environment Requirements
