We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join a passionate Brigade at an esteemed AA Rosette Restaurant. This role is perfect for a Chef who thrives in delivering high-quality food and maintaining impeccable standards across the kitchen.

Relief Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:Experienced in AA Rosette or Michelin Star kitchensBroad culinary knowledge with a passion for food and a strong desire to continuously learn and improveProficient in IT and relevant software systems, with excellent organizational and administrative skillsStrong leadership qualities, capable of motivating staff and managing a diverse teamFlexible attitude to working hours and adaptable to changing schedules

Relief Chef de Partie Responsibilities:Rotate through different kitchen sections including preparation and serviceSupport stock control and maintain kitchen cleanlinessAssist in menu input and developmentWork with produce from the kitchen gardenMaintain high food quality and presentation standardsContribute to a supportive and professional kitchen team atmosphere
