Our client is a supplier of chemicals to UK cosmetic market and they are seeking someone to train up into a sales role. No previous sales experience is required as full training will be provided. The company can offer a competitive salary + company car. Whilst in training the position will be office based 5 days a week but in the future there is the option of hybrid home/office working. This role will be based in the Aylesbury head office with frequent travel in the UK and overseas. There is great scope for creativity and personal development within this role, and you will be supported by extensive training on our products, a fully equipped laboratory, enthusiastic and supportive colleagues, and outside training where required. This role includes responsibility for: Developing strong technical understanding of Personal Care ingredients, their chemistry, benefits and formulation characteristics. Understanding the needs of each of our customers. Communicating scientific information clearly and concisely. Supporting customers throughout their development process, from concept to product launch. Visiting UK customers to develop long-term working relationships with their RandD, Purchasing and Marketing teams.
