Drive system automation, process improvements and digital transformation. Own the HRIS roadmap, ensuring system developments align with business objectives. Oversee system upgrades, configuration changes, testing and implementations. Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decisions. Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and external technology partners. Maintain data integrity, system security and GDPR compliance.
