This field-based role supports more than 17 retail locations across our dealership network, maintaining and improving technology within a multi-site retail environment. The role combines field engineering responsibilities with remote helpdesk support and forms part of a collaborative UK support team. You''ll work closely with fellow IT Engineers to provide mutual territory cover and help maintain consistent service levels across the business. Your primary territory will cover London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel to Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff and Swansea, plus ad-hoc visits to other business locations when required.
