A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to make the important addition of a Senior Architect to their team in Oxford Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for encompassing Architecture, Surveying and Project Management within various sectors including residential, healthcare and educational. They are currently looking to source a Senior Architect to join their Oxford office. As the Senior Architect you will be responsible for a range of important duties. You will take charge of architectural design, co-ordination of the Design Team and contract administration for assigned projects as well as key commercial activities and Business Development to name a few. Key to the Senior Architect role is a focus on delivery and playing an active, mentoring and lead role in the delivery of the technical work - promoting and displaying technical competency in both BIM and Revit. As such, you will be expected to be able to demonstrate previous experience to support this. As this practice operate within a wide range of sectors, the successful Senior Architect will gain exposure to varying scales of notable projects which will help you to develop your career substantially.
