Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive OverviewA small, well-established high street law firm near Solihull is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to manage their own cases independently while developing into a senior management role within a supportive, family-style firm.You will work alongside a Partner, handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced secretarial staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:Sales and purchasesFreehold and leasehold transactionsTransfers of equityRe-mortgagesAct independently, taking ownership of cases from instruction to completionProvide excellent client service, maintaining strong client relationshipsWork collaboratively with the Partner and support staff to ensure smooth workflowContribute to the growth of the department and progress into a potential management or senior roleRequirementsQualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years'' post-qualification experience handling residential conveyancing independentlyStrong knowledge of residential property law including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgagesExcellent communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a small teamAmbitious and motivat
