We are seeking a-Senior Systems Engineer-to join growing international space organisation as part of their continued growth, supporting innovative space sensor and communications projects across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical interface with customers and subcontractors
• Lead the definition of engineering requirements and development of innovative system architectures
• Establish system budgets and performance metrics
• Manage cross-functional teams through design, integration, and test phases
• Develop and implement simulators, test beds, and FlatSats
• Diagnose issues and deliver fully verified flight hardware

Experience:

• Proven commercial experience in spacecraft systems design, manufacturing, and testing
• Strong understanding of communications systems
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with optics, optical sensors, or opto-mechanical assemblies
• Experience or familiarity with 5G technologies is a strong plus
